Grievance Redressal
A. Regular Access Channels
At Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd., we aim to provide you with the best Customer Service. However, if
you have a problem or wish to register a complaint, you can reach us at any of the following access
channels.
You can expect a response from these channels between 3 working days to 10 working days of receipt of
your complaint at Bharat Bhushan (taking into account postal and other delays that may occur beyond the
control of Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd.)
B. Escalation of your Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the response that you receive from the above access channels or if you do
not hear from us in 10 working days, you can escalate your complaint through: An E-mail to
nse@bharatbhushan.com explaining the details of the issue concerned.
You will receive a response within 10 working days of receipt of your complaint at Bharat Bhushan Equity
Traders Ltd.
C. Senior Officer Contact
If you are not satisfied with the response that you receive or if you do not hear from us within 10
working days of having escalated your complaint, and wish to raise the issue with a senior officer within
the Head Office, please contact Ms. R.A.Soni.
